when I was looking into a hybrid turbo for my Ibiza they said to overhaul and upgrade my turbo would be £225-£325 for the overhaul (depending on the condition) and £150 for the hybrid work. the PD150 and PD160 turbos are basically the same, so I'd assume this would give a fairly good ball park figure

Hi there,
To upgrade your turbo, you would be looking at between £395 and £495 depending on the turbos condition.
We could supply a new turbo on an exchange basis, you would be looking at £725.
All prices are plus £10 carriage and plus VAT.
