Whistle at first on cold start

Hi all, i have a Leon 20V Turbo Cupra 2003, and every time i start it cold it sits at 1500rpm and whistles then after a short time goes down to 1000rpm and stops, is this normal

yep normal, it will be the SAI kicking in then going off, mine does exactly the same thing
