Windows winding down.

Noticed them winding down when I came home.About a third to half way after going inside for 10 mins.Then mrs said had I held the key in when I unlocked the car.YES.
Went back out and had 2 press the lock and hold agen to wind em right back up.
Anyone had this happen 2 them.?
Then I held key in unlock agen just to check and sure enough the windows came down partially.
Then pressed and held in lock position to wind em back up.
Must be a duffer methinks.

Its a feature of the car mate.

Hold unlock down for several seconds and the windows wind down.

Hold the lock button for several seconds and the windows go up if you left them down by mistake. It also folds the mirrors in

Indeed its a feature, quite handy as well ! Although can be dangerous for people that keep the keys in there pockets whilst in close proximity to the car

Ye i know about the mirrors folding but didn't realise about the windows so thought I'd post up as a usefull tip for other duffers like me.

Also Al, as far as I am aware, the windows only go down for as long as you hold the unlock button, whereas if you hold the lock button they go all the way up along with the mirrors. To make them go all the way down, you have to hold the unlock button until they're all down down

when i picked my car up i was told it was for hot days so that u can let the heat out of the car befor you get in
