Good evening all,
I recently posted and received some help with wiring issues i was having on my mk1 Leon. Unfortunately wont fault uncovered a lot more and whole world of pain ensued!
I struggled a lot finding basic wiring diagrams, circuit descriptions etc on most forums and even google struggled!
In the end i found erWin! It contains all the wiring diagrams, manuals, workshop procedures, recalls etc for all seats and there is a version for vw. I couldnt believe a manufacturer provides this much data but they really do!! you have to register ( took about 2 minutes ) to get an activation email and then i paid 7 Euros for 1 hours access to everything.... but they let you print to pdf! Got everything that covers my model downloaded and tucked away on a usb stick for the future.
Anyway i hadn't seen this service mentioned before so instead of just uploading the manuals an only helping out those with mk1's the link is below
https://erwin.seat.com/erwin/showHome.do
Hope that can help someone else out that is in dire straits like i was!
Regards,
Harry
