Wooing noise when changing gears

Hi does anyone have an idea ,what the this slight wooing noise is when I get to 3k revs and changing gears up but didn't do it when changing down

You're hearing the turbo I expect, some people fit a straight through exhaust to make it louder.

It's a normal sound though.

Its the people sat in the back showing their appreciation of the cars performance when you hit 3000 rpm

Blown DV, replace it. Very common fault.

Assuming you're driving a Cupra.
