WTCC 2011 Engine Regulations

WMSC (World Motorsport Council) have just announced the rules for 2011 engines, We will see 3 different types of Engines

- 2.0 litre normally aspirated petrol (e.g. current BMW 320si, Chevrolet Cruze, Chevrolet Lacetti)
- 2.0 litre turbo diesel (SEAT León TDI)
- 1.6 litre turbo charged petrol (new)

Agreed, its total madness really and I believe it makes the championship less attractive. Why they can't stick to a specification and make all the teams follow it I don't know.

Its not as if its Formula 1
