Hi all, someone more knowledgeable can maybe assist as I can't figure this out.
I have already upgraded my alloys from the 7J x 18 ET43 that came with the car to 8J x 19 ET43 as per Seat spec.
I am itching to go to 20" but can't find anything decent in the 2019 specced 8J x 20 ET41.
I have however downloaded all the wheel/tyre specs from ERWIN and as you can see in the table below for the 2021 onwards models it specs two types for 19" and 20".
My question is: has the geometry changed from 2021 onwards? I doubt that very much (otherwise it wouldn't spec both wheel sizes) so can we swap between the two?
At the top it mentions "with trim strip" (this is not mentioned in the pre-2021 specs), is that because the ET38 will protrude out a bit so needs a wider arch trim to cover the offset, something else?
Any assistance is most welcome.
