coil packs

Hi Guys
quick question , should all 4 coil packs be the same on the car or do 2 cylinders have 1 type and the other 2 another type?
reason i asked is checked my plugs and noticed i have 2 different coil packs?
see photos , looks like part numbers are same but there are other codes that are different.
cylinder number 1 had a new coil pack about 4 months ago.

i remember johhny c saying he had coil packs on his car that were from a satndard gti and not an edition 30 coil pack?

part numbers are the same, the other numbers could mean when and where they were produced maybe. I think jonny actually had coil packs in there with a actual wrong part number,

The part numbers on these are different and work fine
