Error: AdBlue (DEF). No engine start 650 mi.

Has anyone had this error come up on their Seat Leon FR? I have the 2020 model. I thought it was a simple ad blue fill up notification to which i filled up near enough 8 litres however this has still not removed the error upon ignition start. Sometimes it goes off however the engine light remains and then it appears to return after a short while.

I watched a youtube clip the other day and it said you have to drive about 250 miles before it resets the system so do
some mileage

Get the error codes read ASAP

That is not the normal refill warning and after the 650 miles it won't start

You need to know what's causing the fault and repair it

Good Point, i did have it booked in at SEAT. I drove around 100 to 150 miles and it turned off on its own. My thoughts its just a sensor issue and needed some time to calibrate, even though it should really take a few miles to do so. Do you have the link to the video anyway that you could post on here?

Try performing a system reset by disconnecting the car battery for a few minutes and then reconnecting it. This can sometimes reset error codes and clear minor glitches.

You can either fix it, or have it disabled by a specialist such as ourselves for a fraction of the cost
