how is the height adjusted with coilovers

The fronts seem obvious but just wandered how you adjust the rear height with coilovers on the leon - seeing how the spring and shock are seperate?

Is it the spring that is adjusted or the damper? or both?

the spring, in the same way as the front (c spanners)

Is there not an adjustable plate underneath the spring ? Using a simular method to front.
