This might
help from a general Leon Mk 11 manual, but I am no expert
HEXAGONAL HEAD BOLT
Loosen
– With the vehicle resting on its wheels, the bolt should not be loosened more than 90º, so as to not damage the wheel bearing.
– Raise the vehicle until the wheels are free.
– Apply brake (a second mechanic is required)
– Screw out the hexagonal bolt
Tighten
– Replace the hexagonal bolt.
Note The wheels must not make contact with the floor when tightening the complete half-shaft as the wheel bearing could be damaged.
– Apply brake (a second mechanic is required).
– First tighten the hexagonal bolt to 200 Nm.
– Rest the vehicle on its wheels.
– Tighten the hexagonal bolt 180º.

DODECAGONAL HEAD BOLT
Releasing
– If the vehicle is resting on its wheels, do not loosen the bolt more than 90º so as not to damage the wheel bearing.
– Raise the vehicle until the wheels are free.
– Apply brake (a second mechanic is required)
– Undo the dodecagonal bolt
Tightening
– Replace the dodecagonal bolt.
Note The wheels must not be in contact with the floor when tightening the articulated half-shaft as the wheel bearing could be damaged.
– Apply brake (a second mechanic is required).
– Initially tighten the dodecagonal bolt to 70 Nm.
– Rest the vehicle on its wheels.
– Retighten the dodecagonal bolt 90º.
