Leon MK2 Battery Drain

I have been having issues with the battery draining for a few weeks on my 2007 Seat Leon mk2 (1p) 1.9 tdi.

I carried out a current draw test last week showing that fuse #25 (diagram 1) was the issue. The initial current was 1.3 A, which dropped to 0.2A while the multimeter was connected, with current dropping to 0A when fuse #25 was pulled. This corresponds to rear window heater on the diagram, but I believe this must be central locking as this turned off when the fuse was pulled.

However, when doing a current draw test today, there was an initial current draw of 1.3A. This dropped to ~0.5A after ~15 seconds with multimeter connected. Pulling fuses in the 4th row all dropped draw ~100mA each.

I have also tested voltage across battery when the car was off and while running. Battery Voltage Car Off = 12.4V car off. Battery Voltage Car on = 14.5V.

When jump started, car starts very quick first time.

Does anyone have any suggestions or ideas on what this issue could be, or any further tests that can be completed?
