i think 226 g/s is the ko3 maxed out it just cant flow any more but interesting it seems to have a lot more to give mid range. cars pulling really strong. loving my new spec 3 clutch and solid front engine mount

also would like some advice if i could add some timing pull very low cf values

As far as I am aware it's a first for a ko3 unit with an intake like bills ko4 based intake

Cheers dude it was a one off for my hybrid it seems not all ko3 units are the same OD and ID for instance ko3 and ko3s are different would get complicated my tests sort of proves it does not make anymore airflow. But airflow does not equal power.

On forge tip I was running -4 deg timing
On 3inch I set timing to 0 deg and not showing any cfs
This is where things set a little interesting I need to get it on a dyno really

looks good airflow wise.. and also as you said some margin for ticking in some more timing looks likely.

I'm going to get my old k03 made in to a hybrid in the next 6 months so I'm interested in the intake you have made, could you send me the measurements please as my dads a machinist so he can machine it to your measurements if you don't mind ;)
