Only one wiper working

Front drivers wiper is not working other side working perfectly all speeds,linkage is free moving and no damage to spline and free movement the 30A fuse is intact the plug is 3 wire and has a good earth (brown) permanent feed (red / white )has12v the other (green/white) l believe is the command wire,is there a relay or does each motor have its own relay if so the location,it’s probably easier to replace the motor but I want to know the actual fault tia,regards
