panel filters!!!!???

hi guys im after a panel filter for my 1.6 57 plate leon,

i use to have a induction kit on my old corsa but it suffered from heat soak alot so im opting for a panel filter.

what are my options? do you know of any at a fair price?


iv done a search but nothing came up

to be fair i had a panel filter and it didnt do a thing (my personal opinion) throttle response didnt change and neither did performance, so i sent it back

well i always fought if you had an uprated airfilter and a aftermarket exhaust and sum1 who has a vag com who could tweak the ecu to respond to the greater air intake and the greater release of exhaust emmisions then you could get some gains? probs only going to be small gains because its N/A

I wouldnt bother personally. The only thing you will get is placebo probably.

i dont know i think they might do? i know what a placebo is i thought it were somthing to do with the car, i dont know what to do shall i get one or not lol grrrr
