Pink screen of death

This has happened to me twice, from unlocking the car the infotainment screen goes pink and will stay like that till you turn off the car and lock the car. Bluetooth music still works when it is like this. It has happened while I am on the latest update too. Car is 22 plate Formentor VZ2 310
