Please Help With 2 Faults

Hi can any one please help with these two fault codes? There for Adam's mk3 ibiza cupra

17511 - Oxygen (Lambda) Sensor Heating; B1 S1: Performance too Low
P1103 - 35-10 - - - Intermittent
17964 - Charge Pressure Control: Negative Deviation
P1556 - 35-10 - - - Intermittent

Any help would be great thanks in advance!

Pre 02 sensor needs checking, possible cleaning it if not replacing!

Car not boosting to ecu requirments, check pipes, hoses and N75 valve
