Random1989's Mk4 Ibiza FR

i went for the softer bush and got the slightest bit of vibration at first then once i had done a few miles with it on it settled down and i didnt hear it ever again i loved the difference it made with the new bush it was worth every penny.
how does it sound with the larger tip on?
do you have anymore plans?

Recirc valves sounds abit sexy much louder with the extra boost, plus car wasnt running a revo map before and the power is so much better i cant believe it really.

Whats the deal with your 70mm custom TIP then mate? It looks pretty awesome in the thread yo umade in the mk4 section!

Did you notice any gains with it, or did you do other mods at the same time? I want one really... fancy making me one? :D

Problem 1: coolant pipe was cut (junior hacksaw blade very tight) just after its sercuring bracket and a piece of flexible coolant hose jublee clipped on does the job and no leaks so far(fingers crossed)

Problem 2: Cables mount that was in the way, cars working no problem had to remove one of the bolts to give abit more room for the 70mm pipe.

Vac hose position is the lowest it can be and no error codes come up, this it connected to the actuator via a valve of some sort.

unfortunely i got abit excited when i got the pipe made up and dint take a picture of it complete but got some others.

the top alloy bend is wrong really (but this is what prototype are for i suppose) to get the cone filter and maf sensor on i had to add a 90 degree silicone pipe.

Car failed the MOT :( but only on the wishbone rear bush and screenwash empty, so got some powerlex rear wishbone bushes and fitted them on friday night :) i'm a good believer in if something breaks then an upgrade is required.

If anyone buys these bushes then dont use the grease they provide as its copper grease which is an abrasive so overtime the bushes will wear them self's away, a general purpose grease is much more efficient, the only use for copper grease is for things that will get hot
