I see what you are saying, but the front zones were not synced yet the back was all greyed out on the infotainment screen and no air at all was flowing in the rear. I pressed sync and back on the rear infotainment screen I could then lock/unlock and set a rear temperature. No they can all be different you have sync and lock, sync makes them all the same lock will link the back to the front settings so unlock and passenger can control temp

Thanks I had seen that but didn't really apply to my issue. Trouble is the hybrids systems work differently to my petrol version being they will detect if a passenger is needing ac and display eco if the seat is empty whereas my petrol engined car does not do that. Strangely enough the only option not greyed out on the screen for the rear was the AC on/off. However toggling that turned the entire AC on or off, not just the rear.Does oldgitdave's reply help? https://www.seatcupra.net/forums/threads/how-to-turn-off-rear-air-conditioning.471195/
Wife, kids been in car?Weirdly, today I noticed that all vents were blowing air and each zone had a different temperature.
Now I haven't touched anything since getting the rear working again by pressing the sync button yet today it is not in sync. wtf is happening?
