Stage 2 LCR Check....

Hi guys.

Engine has had some major work done recently. So posting some logs to make sure everything is working properly. I have also fitted a Badger 5 3" TIP, Jetex cone and a shiney new MAF.

Can anyone see any problems?

I don't know much about reading into the above sorry, but I know 220 g/s is pushing the 280bhp mark if calculated correctly.. So it looks like it's making the stage 2 power anyway, nice one!

Sorry I can't help much with the rest, lol.

log egt's on 112.. looks like top end is fuel dumping on the one log
what other mods on the car?

Full list of engine mods are as follows

Rebore to 81.5mm
IE Rods
Forge front mount (normal not big race)
Forge boost hoses from turbo on
Forge DV relocation
Badger 5 TIP
Jetex cone
N249 bypass
Catch can with PCV removed
Pipwerx DP & Decat
Revo Stage 2 with default settings

Recently had new MAF & new coilpacks also. New and old MAF giving similar readings give or take 1 or 2 gs. For my own knowledge what shows that its potentially dumping fuel? I have seen the road light up behind me when its dark on a few occasions now.

To answer your PM Bill

for you to not see gains in airflow is not correct.. Everyone see's gains.. so something else would seem amiss to me if this it not the case. What was your setup before? What were the logs before? your engine is not the same as before is it... its been rebuilt..

Previous induction setup was a Forge TIP, smooth airbox with Green panel filter and an 80mm feed, i was seeing 220gs with this logged the day before fitting the new MAF, TIP and Cone.

what corrections are you describing? timing CF?

Correct, the corrections im referring to are timing CF. Do these look normal for my mods and settings?

New engine build, new settings required.. do you have an sps to adjust? reduce timing perhaps, and see what the boost is set to.. B6T6 would be a normal setting for 99ul vpower for example.

When I first had the car back after the rebuild the map was off. After the running in and an oil change stage 2 was enabled with its default settings. No SPS available.

its fuel dumping>920'c as I suggested earlier.
less boost, and also I would crank back timing one also - you will need to know what you are running now to know where to adjust, and it would be downward from these logs if I were doing it
