I've got an issue with my 2018 Leon FR and I hope someone here could shed some light on it...
For a few months now, shifting into gears can intermittently get stuck or be stiff until "forced" into gear. E.g. shifting up from 3rd to 4th, the gear stick can get stuck halfway into 4th like there's something blocking it until reset from neutral back into 4th. I bought the car used, and back when I bought it gear changes were lovely, smooth and direct.
I've been back and forth with local garages and they seem adamant there's nothing immediately wrong, but like I said the problem is intermittent so I worry lightning has struck twice and they've caught it on a good day. On the most recent visit, a garage assured me linkage cables wasn't the problem so I'd feel I could rule this one out. Once in gear the clutch feels a-ok too.
I know this isn't the medium to diagnose the issue for me, but I was wondering if anyone had a similar issue and has potentially resolved it or had a diagnosis themselves
