I have just purchased a facelift 290 with the dq381 gearbox, car currently sits on 37k miles, im not sure if these gearboxes generally are harsh within regards to shifting on stock tcu software. The "issue" so to speak is that in comfort/normal mode the gears change up too early and downshift too late and you can feel the clutches been grabbed, however in sports/cupra its the complete opposite. It changes up late and downshifts early, in the lower gears especially 3-2 and 2-1 as soon as the car shifts down it throws me forward in my sear almost like its got too much engine brake, anyone else experienced this?
