TCS light comes on!!

When flooring it in 4th or 5th and reaching max boost.
Anyone experience this?
No limp mode or faulty MAF. Just comes on and stays on until next restart of engine.

how do you know its not a faulty maf?
have you scanned with Vag com or the like?

No faults as said and the values of the MAF are fine .

Have you checked fuse 8 under the steering wheel?

Never heard of it . Care to elaborate??

Under the steering wheel, pull the plastic cover off, there will be a row of fuses, count 8 fuses from left to right, pull it out and check it is has blown

iirc its the fuse for the traction control

The area and fuses is known to me .
Just never thought of checking the TCS one , or why it would go off after flooring the car in full boost.
It does work properly when pushing the TCS button on/off.

sounds like a dodgy sensor then have you checked your abs sensors/hubs ? or how about re-scanning it to search for some codes

My ABS&TCS lights are still on at the mo. Quick scan on VAG com and my wheel speed sensor has bitten the dust! £25delivered from ECP, just need good weather to try and fit it.

VAG com would be my first step, see if any codes related to ABS/TCS come up and then take it from there.
