hey everyone!!!! been a while since i posted, anyway the scooby has now gone and i got another 306 gti in part ex and obviously cash my way.

but i really would like a mk3 tdi of some sort. would adore a tdi sport but only have around 2-2.5k to spend (using the money from the gti sale to buy) any ideas if i have any options at all for a tdi??

obviously no chance on a mk4, but the mk3's are my fave

hello and welcome back ! the tdi's can look just as good as the cupras if done right . how about a cupra body with a tdi lump ???? just a thought ?

Ive got a tdi sport with the cupra bumpers sideskirts headlights grill and interior and loads of people have commented on it. You should be able to get one for 2.5k no problem. If i was selling mine i would happily take 2.3k for it but unfortunately im not at the moment. Its doing around 45mpg round town and is nippy enough but with a remap you can get around 140bhp.

The scooby was awesome in every way but perhaps a bit too awesome!

I loved how I did everything on my old car forge tip fmic etc etc...

My tdi 110 feels pokey enough for me. The only real comparrison i can give you is against my mates astra 1.8 coupe. We are even until about 50mph then i start to pull away. I dont really race that many cars and most of my mates hav 1.2s or less so not really a fair comparison lol. If your ever around manchester if you give me a pm you can happily have a spin in it!!!!

almost correct!!! If I had somewhere safer to keep it I.e a garage on my house i of kept it! But I was getting paranoid about leaving it everywhere etc....
