As a matter of fact I do :D. Just weighed mine when doing the winter to summer swap. I do have the optional diamond cut 18" wheels though...

One wheel, with 225/40 tyre (Continental AllSeasonContact), including 5 bolts was 23.1kgs (50.9lbs).
My summer setup (BBS XR 18" with 225/40 Conti PremiumContact 6) including its own bolts is a bit lighter, at 21.5kgs (47.4lbs).

Upon browsing TyreReviews' website, I do suggest to opt for the newest PremiumContact 7 by Continental if you're looking for a light tyre that'll also last you a while. They are approx. 0,5kg lighter than their best contender in the most recent test.

So your Oe performance alloy was the lighter alloy ?

That’s some saving there for rotational mass!

I’m just getting rid of my diamond cut allots for the performance ones !

Hi Mitchy,

I've never had the OE performance alloys myself. I would imagine them being a bit lighter than the diamond cut ones though, similar to the BBS wheels I have.
