Which Vag Diesel To Go For?

Hi people well i am starting to look around for a new car (dont know if this is in right section) and i have seen few cars i like which are:

mk5 golf 1.9 105 se or 2ltr tdi
mk2 leon 2ltd tdi
altea 1.9tdi 105 2.0ltr tdi or fr 170

Now i want a diesel was going to get a little 1.9 105 diesel golf but from seeing the insurance aint much more for the 2ltr diesel i may go for one if the price is right?

anyone got any suggestions on whats best to go for and whats on offer if any? want something totally standard that i dont have to change anything on it at all and preferbly a vw,seat or audi???

any help would be great!!!

definatly go for the 2l over the 1.9 105s, they are underpowered in the larger golf size cars, not bad in an ibiza. Go the for the 140bhp 2L TDI, its the best blend of performance and economy, the 170 drops 10mpg.

ah right ok mate cheers seen few nice 2ltr golfs seen really nice mk2 leon 2ltr sport which is nice as well

personaly
the mk5 golf looks good but build quality isnt there - mk4 is better - try 130 or 150 bora
a3 sportback is the best of the vag hatchbacks but arnt cheap and insurence....

from the models u listed - it has to be the mk2 leon nice new smart...
