Yeh definitely mate, awesome! Even though I do so many miles I'd say it's worth it. In my case I sold the fr for a good price and older low mileage petrol cupras don't go for too much if you hunt about!

Cheers Al. Been looking at them, they worth the 55 quid? Also what are they like to fit? All the manifold bolts look fairly easy to get to?

There is two listed on awesomes website, which one do we need?

Just a k&n one. Ordered it the day before I bought the car along with the apr r1 but it's taken until now to come! Looks decent enough kit like and even came with a mini filter to stick on the sai pipe and a cai. There was me getting an old sock ready to cabletie round the end of the pipe haha

Just a customers at work, he's on here too. We are building him a fully forged engine for his lcr whilst he's away in afgan. I want the engine for mine, it's going to be awesome!

:( Works for me....

:cartman:

I have done something similar, don't want to cut the pipe to stick the mini filter on incase i ever stick it back to standard :)

Fook me it sounds mental now like, spool and that is so loud compared to before, guessing it will only get louder and dump louder when the tip is on and it's mapped haha

Buy me some coilovers scott :)

I would if I could, fingers crossed I won the euro millions haha

there not to bad to fit take a little while with the fiddley bits but i have fitted worse items,id say there worth 55 quid although i didnt feel any difference in the way the car drives the inlet manifold stays cool on journeys where as if you feel yours after a journey without the gasket it will be hot to touch,it also allows for more timming when mapping i beleive so thats when it will mainly be noticeable.

oh and you need the small port newsouth gasket i remember ordering mine then a couple of days later finding out i had ordered the wrong one looking at the awesome website i cant remeber which one is small port i think its the second one but im not 100% sure.
