Purchased from them but front mats missing. They said they would send them but repeated emails and telephone calls are ignored.

Even Cupra Customer Relations Manager can't get any sense out of them saying this week " I have also contacted Citygate West London to establish their current whereabouts. I spoke with Ilyas Benrahal, Sales Executive, who advised that the mats have been dispatched. I requested a tracking reference; however, he was unable to provide this at the time. Unfortunately, his manager was unavailable as the dealership is currently dealing with month-end processes."
