I'm after some GTI pedals for my FR. I presume that these are mk5 pedals. Howver they seem a bit cheap to me considering vagparts / oem are asking 70.00 for them. Does anyone think these are okay or to good to be true? Is the bigger pedal a rest plate rather than an accelerator pedal? Also would they be okay LHD

Do you have a link or photo to put up so we can see what you're talking about? Are they like these ones?

I think the bigger pedal is the foot rest hence the cheaper price.
 
Looks like they're OEM parts & will fit the Leon 1P (I guess that's the Mk2)

I am from germany.
The big "pedal" is the foot rest. The smaller ones are only for the break and the clutch. There is nothing said about the accelerator pedal...
It should fit on all cars based on the Golf MK 5 platform like also the Leon 1P.
