So just had a random little thought: "I wonder how many of us own the haynes manual for the mk2.."

So here's a poll to find out!

But I don't make a habit of reading it, it is the BF, 'reference' manual - just to make sure that how he originally though to do stuff is completley changed/turned over and done in completley the wrong order when you read the book!

Yup, it's a useful reference. Shame the modern Haynes "Service and Repair Manuals" don't cover many things in the same depth as the old "Owners Workshop Manuals" used to. Mind, I can remember when it were al fields around here... ;)

i've got one and it can come in handy when i get stuck. i'd really like the SEAT workshop manuals but i don't want to pay 30 Euro for each section!!

ps, 100 posts for me :)

got one. look in it occasionally . not been of any use really , tho'

I used to use it, but to be honest I don't need to use it any more (can't find any relevant bits to wiring 2 seperate looms together )
