i did tell them to try Skoda first but they've had that much trouble with the local dealer they'd rather pay us to do it, genuine one was 594 + vat that's VAG mark up for you

this is the highest mileage Skoda we've seen but that's 1/2 the mileage of some of our Alhambra's

Theres arecall on vw with dmf, is it not on other makes?

not sure, i would have thought a recall would have gone across the board but the customer wasn't bothered

think it was due to previous probs with the local dealer

seen the same thing on a driving school mk5 golf tdi 5,000 on the clock but that one took out the gear box as well put a hole through the bell housing
