Respray

Anyone had a respray or had there car flashed over to sort out stone chips? ive got to get a dent on the boot done a wonderd wether it was worth flashing the whole car over to sort out any blemishes?

i used to work in a body shop even for a flash over for stone chips ur lookin at £600 plus. if its just the bumper and bonnet that are chiped you could be talking £120+160 for the two.

Whats the UK equivalent of Rustoleum or Tremclad? thinking of going for this on a little project to see if its worth it.

That is absolutely wicked! I presume though you would have to do the whole car as it would be pretty hard to get a decent colour match?

The UK equivalent is Rustoleum Combi-Colour (I got mine from here as it's local)

Will post some pics up of the finish on my mini if anyone's interested?

R.M. Car Cosmetics in Wellington, did some work on my wife's car before I sold it, top notch spraying, not the cheapest though.

Going to take mine their as it needs a bit of TLC
