Thinking about what m0rk said above, if it was not approved by SEAT, there may a reason, like the quality is crap, it is not durable, can't be made cheap enough, awkward to fit, susceptible to damage etc etc.
Hopefully if SEAT did not type approve that kit, they are working on another one that looks as good as the one on that test, or one that looks better, and that ticks all the boxes above
To be honest, I am not sure I would buy some cheap tat off ebay in hope that it is gonna look something like the car on that report and fix it to my pride and joy to see it peel off when subjected to the first rough day and big puddle. You never know though - that splitter may end up in Halfords!!!
Nonetheless, like the others on here, hoping that splitter on the journo white Leon above will become a genuine SEAT part, and soon
