a BOV will cause massive hessitation as the maf will have incorrect readings and then back off the power, if you're going to replace the DV replace it with another DV of some sort.

My workshop says that stock DV which comes with Cupra (2008), will definitely blow up after remapping to ~ 280-300BHP and there is a need to replace it with the strong one (why he suggests to use BO, no clue will ask him again).
* which model i can install from Forge list ?

we're still running the stock DV on our K1 and it seems fine but as with most of the DV's in the VAG group they will eventually break regardless of wheather they have been remapped or not i think this is the one that you'd need on your vehicle http://www.forgemotorsport.co.uk/content.asp?inc=product&cat=0006&product=FMFSITVR

yeah they have been known to fail, i have heard that that VW have made some changes to the DV on their new engines.

I have been meaning to upgrade mine to the forge DV, just been lame with my funds of late!
