Bought £40's worth of petrol for £20 cus it had a fivers worth of diesel in it. Thought it would be ok?!! Doh!! Me car was running with it but spluttery. Now it won't start! Yeh, muppet i know!

better idea, put some two stroke in it to mix it up then why dont ya inflate ya tyres with helium and make a friggin hot air balloon, seriously why would you do that?

take it to a garage tell em your a tail, give em a ton of cash to sort it, and never never do it again, fill it up with vpower as you should do, give your ecu a tank to relaise our not trying to kill her and enjoy a awesome car which deserves to be treated correctly and not neccesarily cheaply.

What you reckon then dudes? Drain it or dilute it? It was running on it but nxt mornin wudnt start so maybe diluting it would be enough? Or just be safer to get the stuff the f### out of it?

someone on here recently filled up with diesel instead of petrol and drove until it clonked out, and once drained and filled up again it worked! he said nothing went wrong! so u might be lucky enough without a massive repair bill.

How did you slip in?
under the car there is the fuel filter which has push fittings.
if you are able to bridge the fuel pump relay so it sstays on this could pump it out.
BUT
Dont even try this if you are unsure..

cordless drill to the tank wait for it to start dripping the put a lit match to it, thats the best way to get rid of the fuel.
should take no more than ten mins to sort the non starting as well
