Washer bottle

Looking at getting a smaller washer bottle this week in preparation for my new IC pipe work. Anyone know if this will fit with regards to the pump connector?

I know many people use the S3/Golf M2/Golf MK4 bottles but just wondered if this would also do the job

Not a clue about the one in the link mate but i thought i read somewhere it was a golf mk2 one that people use.

Its the Mk2 golf ones that people use when they run the TT type pipework. The one in that link looks small enough tho rob

That one in the link is only 1.2 litres I think those connectors are universal but need to make sure

Yeh they are just normal spade connections. You maybe able to use your pump with that one tho so could use the excisting connector

Ah OK, so worst case scenario you'd chop the connector off and solder the wires to those spades I take it?

use your own pump. I did on my Golf reservoir as well.

But 1.2 litres is a very small container (think it would look good though). Golf one is 4 liters and oem is 5 iirc

Mine was the mk4, looks similar to the mk2 tho i think?

Im hoping to retro fit the the VAG pump to this bottle, at least you know its going to be reliable, failing that im just going to extend the wires to the boot and spade connect it up and hope works ok.

Mine should turn up today with abit of luck so ill post some pics up and see wht i can do with the spare pump i have.

MK4 one fits fine and there sooo easy to find with the mountain of scrapped MK4s around
Think the MK4 one was 3 litres if i remeber and the Ibiza OEM one is summat like 6 litres!

It's 6.6L IIRC. MK4 and S3 are 3L and Golf MK2 is 4L
