First time ive been to seat dealer since getting my car a month ago. Went to get some mats for my cupra, good price £29. Was asking the guy about polishes they recomend and he gave me a box full of valeting gear for nothing.

Even better news, just looked into what they have actually given me and it is proffessional paint sealent from supagard and professional carpet and fabric sealent. As well as wax, polish, wheel care and shampoo. Have looked around and the paint treatment from supagard is normally £175 for a medium sized car.

They took my number and said they would call me as soon as a slot became avaliable. I also asked lots of stupid 'womany' questions, which they were patient with and answered. I use Bartletts all the time, and would recommend them to anyone !!
Top guys and they are always willing to help you out where they can.
I've even dealt with Richard Bartlett 'the big cheese' and he is a top guy too and couldn't do enough to help me

Shame all dealers can't be like Bartletts !
Keep up the good work guys !

I bought my car from bartletts.
They were really helpfull down there. Trouble is, is that its miles from my house!

But i would def recomend them.

But i need to find a dealer more local to me

Just like to echo previous comments - just bought a 2nd hand Leon from these guys and they were super helpful. i don't pretend to know a lot about cars, but they made the whole process extremely painless and straightforward, so thumbs up from me.

I bought my '08 Plate Leon FR from Bartletts! Only had to wait for 1 week!

Hi I have also found Bartletts great. I bought my mk4 Ibiza Cupra from them and have always found them to be very helpful!! I also got my current Leon Cupra from The Garage on the green same owners again great service!!

i wouldnt use them again

took my car to them over xmas 06 for some work and they left the car unlocked with the keys sitting inside over the whole hoilday admitily it werent going anywhere cause the conrods were nakered

second time was august last year had problems with the car been sluggish losing power took it up there they had no idea waht was wrong with it and basically said it was ****ed so i towed it home called out a diagnostic man and all it was was a ****ed cat. and the lil shitty mechanic in there has a serious attitude.

i wont go in there agin luckily i have found someone who does work so much cheaper than them adn 20 times better

Went in today to pick up some door trims and again as usual, they were super. Certainly one of the tidier dealerships I have visited. Carl, bless him as chatty as always and a huge smile

I use this garage and always speak to Carl, he's brilliant and knows his job!! always super helpful, Both me and my brother both go there for any issues and always end up satisfied!
I went to the Seat services department in Canterbury a few months ago and they were as helpful as a chocolate tea cup, definitely worth the drive home to see my good buddy Carl!!

I must say that the dealership in Canterbury is nowhere near as organised as Bartletts. So I completely know where your coming from there.

i was well annoyed, my car broke down cos the keys chip fell out and wouldnt start (obviously) so i asked canterbury seat and they wanted £80 jus to look at the thing. I got my dad to come up instead and get the AA to tow my car home where my good man Carl sorted it!

Ive bought two Ibiza's from this dealer, the first one had 2 problems which were sorted out quickly without any real issues. I then bought the FR from a guy called Adam who was polite and helpful.

Did not use them for my Leon but I did call them asking how much for some chrome tips to be placed over my exhausts and they reckon over £100! Think i'll pass on that one.

Currently happy with the local seat... but am awaiting judgement.. had good service Carl was friendly and helpful.. will he get my radio unlock code though.. counting down the days.. apparently it may have been swapped from another.. all in all good work

I've been using them for 6 years now. My wife has now bought 2 Ibiza's, 1 second hand and 1 new and I've just ordered my 2nd new FR from them so they must be doing something right!
