just purchased the VW double din unit off my boss from work... i need the facia that will fit it ... how much will seat charge for one?

Looks really good, and great price......
I've just bought a Leon rs 140 and need to replace the stock head unit...I cant live without BT and ipod
Lots of questions, but will hold back till I've done some more research.... Double din? single + pocket? ...Thinking Double loks nice after seeing the photos... Cant quite justify the cost of a big screen
So where's the ipod connection run? i.e where do you store it when it is plugged in?

Does your Seat come with a stock BT unit? If yes, then by using an Alpine interrupt box and Alpine HU you can still use that to its full potential. Do a search and you'll find more info. Otherwise, I think 2din looks much nicer in the Leon dash, although you don't necessarily need to get a touch screen unit. There are 2din "ordinary" units out there nowadays and most come equipped with BT and iPod control anyway.Looks really good, and great price......

now it is in reconstruction but all play and show O.K. include MFD. The headunit is RNS 510 version C from VW.

Heyy ive just bought that stereo but havent got the black surround that goes around the stereo, all that came with mine was a black flat stick on thing that looks crap! lol Did you get that with yours or did you get it after?

Sorry to re-ignite a thread that is over a year old, but i have a 59 plate Leon and want to replace the standard head unit. Would like a touch screen with:
1. Bluetooth
2. Ipod connectivity
3. works with steering wheel controls
Does anyone have any suggestions, i.e. make and model. My budget is around £300
Any advice appreciated!
