ive been using the ground nut oil for ages!! Im a carp angler so i know all about oil contents etc 
I thought everyone knew about it but just didnt say lol. Peanut butter definatly has the dogs confused though

reminds me of using penut butter a good few years ago, also works well, but quite messy

and if ya was a real man, you would be a veggie, and push big weights like me (with such a small protein intake)
