difference between cupra/cupra sport/gti

weird mine has no air con or sunroof but is a cupra sport gti 2.0 16v!
apparently there supposed to come with red seat belts?! mine doesn't even have that!i have a poverty/race spec 16v

oh and you know how everyone has speakers on the dashboard as well as in the door cards and rear shelf?! i have none in the dash board!!

only cupra's with tigerstripes came with red seatbelts (as standard)

pretty much sums up the cupra/cupra sport then in one guise more or less
few bits added/thrown in all of them over the last couple of years though mind
you'll never get 'the' answer....11 years on & how many people will have changed seats, wheels, door cards etc?
the major 'fixed' items will be aircon & sunroof but depends on original factory order, another 5+ years & all mk2's will have either 1.8T's or VR6's in 'em, how are the poor buggers gonna work that lot out?

i have absolutely no clue what i have!!! i have ac and sun roof lol. and passenger Ab, and Recaro seats the lot. i was having this conversation earlier lol. but i thought i would comment on this thread bacuse i will be posting pics up 2moro in hope that someone can shed some light on it lol
mine has red seat belts, air con and a sunroof,(traction control aswell i think) the tiger stripe interior was replaced for the sport interior.

recaro seats as standard. im picking the car up 2moro hopefully(if the seller gets his ass in gear) but he has no clue what the car is either(he also told me it was 180bhp as standard?!?!?!?) but i will get pictures up as soon as i have her, and then hopefully i will also know a little more about it(he says its a Ibiza Cupra 2.0l) but it also has the '16Valve' stickers on the rear quater panels and air con etc... but will get it all up for u mate.P.S how many posts before my 'Newbie' status gets changed lol and i can post links etc??
well looking at petes engine bay (and from what i can remember from the quick glance that i had of mine) they look identical!?!? and in know that on the front grille it had Gti16v on it. but other than that im clueless. im gonna have a look about and try and find the mk2 golf seats and see if they are the same. either way i like em lol.

nope have neither air con nor sunroof, mines race/poverty spec.
