Today's the first day I drove my car in the wet (proper rain), since owning the car for 6 months! my god I nearly bricked myself today, traction control?! what traction control!!! no such thing in the rain. Every-time boost reached halfway, I couldn't do nothing with the car. Yikes!

Is the LCR any better in the wet? due to it's upgraded suspension set-up?

i know what you mean lol i like it tho its good fun on the round abouts:D

Mine's pretty good, will depend a lot on your tyres. What kind and what sort of nick are they in?

michies :D but ones on its way out i find that it just kills the boost so i cant do much anyway :(

iv got mitchlins on the front and i have wheel spin in 5th at 70mph on the M40 next to a scooby lol, he backed off lol what was worse is that it wasnt that wet at all... iv had mine spin just a little in 6th too but only once
mine is a handfull though, slips and slides all over the shop, but more than used to it, my cupra was worse though but i had nasty fullrun tires on that

I've got decent tyres, perelli's ?! plenty of thread (sorry I don't know much about tyres etc)

If this is how it is in the wet, i'm so dreading the snow! it's going to be a COOOOLD few months

HAHA learn throttle balance :p jokes! My ESP has never worked - going around the Ring this year on the last day HAMMERED it down :( my race driver mate said im a fool not to use traction control in this, lol did have the back end out a few times I have to admit!
But they are like all other cars, just practice and youl be fine :D love flicking it round the wet twisties!

Well i will be finding out soon, its pishing it down up here and a lot of standing water about. Will be interesting with the 225 tyres.

And p6000's are about as useful as a chocolate tea pot in any conditions, dont really know where they got a good name from unless they have changed in recent years, i certianly didn't rate them at all!

Haha, you wana try Pirelli Euphoria run flats! WORSE than a chocolate fire guard!! On a hot track, its like driving on ice - in the rain its like driving on loads and loads of ball bearings which are all oily, and also on ice which has a thin layer of water ontop!!

:D just gota get me thru the winter before the R888's perched in the garage can be slid on............. perhaps semi slicks would have more grip?!
