Once you drop a car on "uprated" springs, what options do you then have in the future if you wanted to tweek the ride height again? ie: drop the car a bit lower all round / or only drop the rear a bit more....

Could you simply buy adjustable shocks, to go with your existing lowered springs?
Or would you have to replace everything (including your uprated Springs) with a Coilover kit ?

Thankyou in advance.

ps: +1 to the 'dropped with Eibach Sportlines' = mine. :)

Mine on H&R's and standard shocks.

I was a bit drunk when I took that picture!

Damian, in your expert opinion (also as per my Post 23 above).. ;)

No, to adjust the height the only option would be new springs or coilovers.

Great - thankyou for your speedy clarification.

......therefore, I'll be taking a look at your website for a set of Coilovers then! :D ;)

nice. So are they comparible to the pro-kit or sportlines, height wise

Hard to tell, are those 19's?

i had both in my car but i prefered eibach because they are a bit better in sense compared to the H&R springs...

Hey all, recently purchased eibach sportlines and was wondering whether you need to replace axle bolts for new ones? Think I read some where it's advisable...anyone shed any light on this??

When I had my Sportlines fitted, no mention of axle bolts was mentioned. Straight swap.
Old springs removed, Sportlines fitted - Alignment and tracking carried out - all ready to go!

have a set of sportlines for a fr tfsi/ cupra going spare here. if anyone is interested pm me details. Covered approx 8000miles

thanks to beeko85 ;) i went ahread and bought the eibach springs. im very happy with the outcome :D :D car looks brill and ride is much the same or better. i highly recommend these springs to anyone ;)

because its got the already (what they consider) lower suspension already. I think the springs which are available are to make the not sporty model the same height as the FR.

maybe they need to look up the deffinition of lowering a car then...
