removing undertray?

hi all i have recently put a thread up as my cupra has developed a whistling noise through a specific part of the rev range.

i have spoken to the garage and to a friend who both diagnose it as a boost leak,

I am going to check the turbo pipes and connections to the inter cooler,

I am looking for tips to help me remove the undertray. Is it just the scres you can see from under the car or is there any hidden ones???

There are just the screws but be careful as if you break it the screws fall out and then no tray :/ theres a few in the centre and rest on outsides simples

Also do them back up tight! Mine dropped off on the motorway at first i thought my engine was about to blow up

Have a look under the car its preety hard to miss

I was told by JCT600 that mine is missing?

as i said have a look under the car then if it is missing you will be able to see the engine etc, if its not missing you will just see black plastic tray

There are around ten torx25 screws. And three torx 30s at the rear of the cover..

The three torx30s can seize, so when you put them back.. Put some grease on them to help next time!
