Just test drove a Cupra

Tonezz have you been out in a fr from Preston?
If so what's spec/mileage on it?

I don't mind either fr bumpers, was gonna put them on my current Ibiza at start of this but saved the money for when it's time for a new car.

No they only have a Cupra at Preston, i went out in that on Sunday.

They have 2 FR's new in at Manchester, both £11,990 on Jan 11 plates. One is track grey with 3.5k miles and one is red with 1.5k miles.

Their fetching me over the grey one.

Yea same about the Cupra mate but £2000 is alot, i need to keep costs down as much as possible.

Soon hopefully, I'm probably having it though tbh.

Just go all out and get a cupra...i did and i loveit wouldnt have out else. An FR is is a poors man cupra and looks naff compared to the cupra.

I really can't afford the difference though, and another problem I have is my insurance is until Jan, they said i can change to an FR for £124, but they said i can't change to a Cupra! :/

They have a speed blue Diesel FR at Preston outside, it looks sweeeeeeeet on the FR as well tbh

Think hobins of Preston bump up the price a bit too much!

Blue and Tribu are £560.
White, red and yellow are free and the rest are £400.

Ah right, well these 2 FR's just in at Manc is the same group, and they are cheaper than anywhere else!

The Cupra at Preston is Dakota, so its basically the red Boc without the black front.

Break their balls. I got £500 off the screen price, £800 more than the CAP value on the part ex, a free service, a tank of fuel and the finance at 4% flat. All on a used car, that was well priced to begin with. You just have to know your stuff, or be an amazing blagger.

I'll gladly take a cupra for £220.
I get bored easily and want a new car so often so wouldn't like a 5 year plan. Had my car just over a year and half and wanting new already.

Them quotes are for PCP 4 year contract, with a £3000 deposit. It is quite low mileage i have put in though. So it will go up a bit more with added mileage.

True! I'm gonna keep mine longer, build up more of a deposit and then see what's about! Saying though, I'm on my way to Preston now so we shall see haha

Just rang my insurance, incase they changed their minds on quotes.

They said I have to be 25 to swap my insurance over to the Cupra. So a Cupra is out of the question unless i wait until the end of Jan.

On the other hand last time i rang they told me it would cost £124 to swap over to an FR, now they said it will cost £4.60. ^ . ^

Cancel your insurance and go with a new company? Aviva wouldn't insure me (I was 4months into a year) so I cancelled it and insured my self on my cupra 20quid less a year than a mk 4 1.2sx! Elephant insurance.
