Not good - seen something similar on a Leon before - really didn't look good!

There are only a few wheels that actually look good on a Leon - have a search and you will see.

I'm notcing the pattern with quite a few of these is "no dish". Is this where the main chavviness lies?!?!?

not really,

ats planets have dish as do the lm's and ronal aeros,

the leon is such a hard car to find a set of wheels for, reason i played safe with bbs ch's

ats planet cups look nice, one sec i'll find a pic

edit, applemobiles leon on planet cups

sound man nice one.

Also I feel I should clarify, When I said this is going to be hard, it was because I've been trying to find wheels based more on criteria rather than looks. Ie. I know I want the wheel to look "open" (opposite of aeros) maybe a bit of dish but mainly im lookin dark but not black, most importantly offset no greater than et40 as I don't really want spacers bigger than 10- 15 rear and front respectively and also I don't want them too heavy. I realise this prob realistically makes not much difference day to day but if I took that approach with all the mods I've done then the car would'nt b as modded. It's the little things in life!

I'm likin the planet cups!! might have a research

not tempted by bbs ch's?

to be honest, go with what you prefer, dont feel influenced just because someone else doesnt like them, if they do the job you want then its all good :)

Thing with these is although they look amazing, and they do, They're almost a standard choice and I really want a new look. Plus the genuines are expensive and replicas are heavy. ( I haven't really looked into this just general gist off forum).

im running replicas, & theyre lighter than my old 17's starfishes,

& you're better looking at a scene for wheel choices, Euro golf/jetta owners for dish & style, performance VW mag & redline etc for weight and performance, etc. etc,

good luck with the wheel hunt, I searched a good 12 months and came back to the Ch's. purely for the OEM + look

Haha I'm on starfishes right now! That's good to know mate nice one, I'll prolly end up doing the same.

Harsh!!! Take it you didn't go for green wheels then!?

Not yet ;p but if i did atleast there genuine seat rims lol and can change them back!) not much you could do with them alloys! Not harsh just giving my opinion which is what you started the thread for!?

Haha no worries I've not taken offence or anything, tbh the thread was started to get opinions yes but also to check they'll find not sure how many adaptor combinations are out there.

You can get adaptors for anything these days even down to the complex studded ones like i had made.. just try and be differnt and go with what you think suits the car.. not off the shelf halfords jobby style wheels.. :)

get OZ's they are the boy

I was looking at OZ energy, they are basically the exact same wheel without dish, reason I was lookin at these is they're supposed to b really light.

These ain't no Halfords jobby are they?!?!? As I understand it there just an american make that isn't that big over here?

God knows, but if there's one look thats worse than chavvy it's the "halfordsy" look, defo don't want that!
