That has to be the worst tail pipe ive seen on any car ever. Where they happy to leave it like that!!!!!! its not even straight

to be fair it is straight, the angle doesn't do it justice and it looks alright when the car isn't 6 feet up in the air. Yes it could do with a tip but its hardly the worst tail pipe I've ever seen!!!

Not a fan of that tail pipe mate. the dark standard twin pipe is pretty easy to see. Bet it sounds great though!

If I had an exhaut I'd want the tip to be the full size of the exit, how it should of been from the factory really. Really good prices and seems like good workmanship those powerflows compared to milltek.

Look at the photo again. Theres nothing wrong with the camera angle. Its level and is practically looking straight into the trapezoidal exit.

You can blatantly see the pipe is going upwards instead of coming in parallel with the bumper, and rather than the tip being perpendicular with the bumper its angled down at about 30degrees.

It would look better when your head is 6 foot above the tailpipe as you wont be able to see it :cartman:

I have been looking at exhausts recently and had considered powerflow as an option, but if they are happy with that then ill be omitting them from my list of options

I dont need to look at the photo again, it is on my car after all and I see it every day and its absolutely fine! It will look different on a Skoda anyway as the outlet is different and you could probably have a tip and wont see the pipe coming from the side, so dont let this put you off a decent exhaust. Get one I promise you wont look back

Is it just me that wonders how companies like power flow can produce an exhaust of similar workmanship and performance for 315 when others like milltek and jetex charge 1300 or supersprint at 2k??

Is the powerflow downpipe a decat?

Remember people that Powerflow dealers are all Independent so work will differ from one place to another. Don't judge the work of one garage against them all.

its really good sounds class in the end i got a small silencer put in was far to loud without one haha car seems smother through the revs aswell , i didnt get a tip put on as they said the vxr style one i wanted wouldnt fit .... :S

You can get a VXR tip but you need to remove the silver plate in the defuser. (where the exhaust comes through).

I think id want a single pipe with a small oval in the middle so i could keep the diffuser.

Powerflow is just the brand, its upto the guys at the garage in terms of the quality of the exhaust itself, luckily ive been to the nearest to me 3 times and its been great work everytime.

Where is the CAT on the Cupra's anyway? is it in the manifold or in the exhaust?

It's on the bottom of the downpipe

The CAT will be more restrictive than the pipe itself i reckon, so a 100-200 cell cat should help with flowing better.

Standard CAT's are around 400 per inch so is pretty restrictive.
