Looks like its an animal!! How do you keep this on the road?

tbh mate its actually really easy to drive, the torque steer is obviously wild but its easy to control!!
the traction control kicks on and off as soon as it starts to spin so it never gets a chance to get out of control
the power was way to much for the gearbox though and unfortunately i have lost 1st gear. i have ordered a 6 speed box so that will hopefully go on either this weekend or next along with a new stage 3 clutch

nope, no diff as of yet but will have one in the next couple months.
cool, ill keep an eye out too, im quite often down the beach, normally standing outside the car lol

not going to lie, it is, i have a leak between the turbo and downpipe so off today to get a gasket.
theres also a few more things i want to do justnow so will be getting it done soon

I'd bet my Bottom dollar it ain't a gasket! More like a crack around the collector of the manifold.

My mate was going to see this car, three weeks ago was on eBay and the guy wanted £2600 for it, no proof of the engine build though is there?

That turbo is something you'd use on a Cossie, not somthing iv seen on a ibiza

the oil cooler is behind where the passenger foglight used to be, ill take a couple pics during daylight and get them up

no its definately the gaasket mate, 110% sure of it like.
this was on ebay buy it now for £3200!!

(yellow mk4 cupra) had adzers ko4 kit off his 4wd leon bolted to it, pushing 1bhp off the 300 number and 296 torque - yours is quick, but that is a completely different league with the little bit extra - i'd just settle for something like that power wise, then buy a daily derv lol, best of both worlds lol

Andrew - we shall see still deciding what I'm doing with my tt, got it stage 1 but now focusing on looks, it's quick enough to rape allota things but powers too smooth so it's.. Kinda boring to drive power wise :- (

will maby seek another cupra one day lol, love the agressive boost they have

what colour is his evo? last time i spotted him he still had his r32, no not always about numbers - but they sure as hell give you some fun what will you be doing with your cupra if you decide on getting an evo?

My next car (thats a daily with power) has to be an rs4, rs6, m6 or a cayenne (non turbo as wont afford turbo hah), but this will be in a year or two, still due compo from someone writing off my motorbike (only reason i sold my cupra actually.. was gona sell both my toys to buy the audi, unfortunetly, a fuddy duddy wrote off my zx6r and insurance refused to pay out even though it wasnt my fault, so im sueing the insurance company, offer 1 is through and quite happy

that would have been a very good price to pay for it, worth more any day, had a lot of time and money spent on it.

yeah it definately is the gasket, its easily seen as soon as the bonnet is opened as the turbo is sitting right at the top.
very easy to see

well looking for a little help now, i have been told its a huge job to convert to 6 speed so now looking for a 5 to replace my goosed box, anyone on here in aberdeen area have one for sale? cash waiting, would like to pick up tomorrow if possible

also oing to stick in a new stage 3 clutch kit while im at it, i recieved a pm from someone, cant remember user name and after i replied it disappeared. if anyone has a stage 3 clutch kit for sale in aberdeen area, please get in touch
