Leeds Road area, down near the SEAT garage ironically, which is also where I work. You probably wouldnt recognize the car now because it doesnt have the 17" wheels on anymore, I got standard 15" Leon wheels on it.

Unbelievable....I am the owner of this car. I bought it in August, I presume from Torred1771 as I saw it advertised in Harrogate, which is where he has said his 'Location' is. Anyway, I am no car expert so nothing has changed with the car as of yet. I am keen on doing a few bits to it though, I really like the look of the Cupra R so would love to try replicate one with this. Can anyone tell me whether that is possible at all? Would the bumper fit this car? Could I just put a LCR front splitter on or would that look daft?
As you can probably tell, I am a complete beginner here and was thinking of doing some mods to my car anyway, the fact I have come across this thread maybe gives me a headstart or would I be better starting a new thread?

Thanks for the reply mate. So just to be clear (huuuuge NOOB) I could buy a LCR front splitter for 20 quid and fit it to my bumper which is only Leon S? Have you got a picture please?
Also, I think there is a protector over the paintwork which is now peeling in some places. Any ideas what to do with this?

My central locking is very touch and go and the remote central locking just doesnt work. I changed the batteries in the key as the LED wasnt flashing and that didnt work. So, I loaded the key up with bits of paper so the battery would contact where it needed to and probably wasnt before. The LED now works, but the remote key doesnt. I have used various guides from here to try pair the key up with the car once again and none of them have worked. Any ideas?
