Rear caliper seized

I normally would do it myself, I've just done the front pads and discs and I've got the rears to do but I don't fancy bleeding the brake system on the driveway if it needs new calipers.

Yeah good point mate. Luckily I know a mechanic who let's me use his garage whenever I need it.

Might use it soon to give my car a service and fit my springs, and triple r splitter haha

Turns out they wernt seized after all.

My discs are still in decent condition though....

Anyone else with a Leon mk2 had their calipers on the rear seize up on them? Is it really common or rare?

Had one seize at 80k, replaced, cost about £110 fitted.

Dunno, he said there's nowt wrong with the calipers though so I'm guessingr I was doing it wrong
