Hi guy, had my leon mapped at the weekend by will at p torque, very impressed with the way it delivers the power, just pulls all the way through. I was running a revo intake and a 3 decat Downpipe to standard exhaust

Before map i got 247bhp

After stage 2 mapping i got 302bhp and 347lbs-ft

Thought i would of got more bhp but i seam to of got quite a lot more torque than other maps would.

Sorry am i missing something here? 302bhp on a stage 2 map? That's more like stage 1 power.

Maybe coz he only mentioned filter and pipe, no hpfp yet maybe? Although I dont even know if thats possible, or is hpfp 2+?

That's what I thought regards hp but guessing it's a custom map maybe, torque figure is impressive depending on your driving style I'd say a new clutch is on the cards soon.May last a while if you don't give it rage in 1st and 2nd all the time.

Sorry, not taking the mick or anything, just pointing it out.

With his mods he can run stage 2, a hpfp isn't really needed until stage 2+.

My stage 1 p-torque map made 304 bhp, 330 lbs/ft, a second run made 318 bhp, 327 lbs/ft with just an intake. Adding a 3" BCS turbo-back system made 327 bhp.

Hi guys thanks for your Comments, clutch is holding up fine, for how long i don't know. I asked will about the bhp, he said that some of these engines give out more bhp less torque, some the other way round, im not expert at all but id say he knows his stuff!

Il have a graph up soon just waiting for phone to charge

It's very rarely about headline figures. It's always about the area under the lines. It's perfectly possible for a 302bhp car to be FAR faster than a 350bhp car. Big numbers sell remaps to the uninitiated, but they are almost never the fastest on the road, where it matters.
